As a Senior Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing our signature leadership development programs. These initiatives are designed to align with organizational goals, fostering leadership capabilities and supporting the professional growth of our employees. Key Responsibilities: Administer and oversee two primary leadership development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and equipping participants with skills for high performance. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify leadership development needs and design tailored programs to address these requirements effectively. Create and deliver engaging, impactful training sessions, workshops, and other learning experiences. Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and implement adjustments to enhance outcomes. Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth and successful program execution. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in leadership development, integrating innovative approaches into program design. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, business administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on program management, instructional design, and vendor and stakeholder management. Familiarity with leadership theories, models, and best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines. Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant technologies. Preferred Qualifications: Certification(s) in learning and development, instructional design, leadership development, or coaching.
