This Project Manager will lead the Operational Excellence (OPEX) project list with the goal of improving product quality and manufacturing efficiency. Supporting these projects is a cross functional group with representation from Quality, Operations and Engineering. This role will be responsible for the overall project management process, including the key elements of project selection, gate review requirements, resource planning, and metrics. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Partner with Senior Leaders to formulate project scope, understand the strategy and driving decision making of process. Manage projects, including difficult complex program management. * Primary point of contact for troubleshooting and/or questions related to the project. Communicate program activities and updates across all areas. * Lead and continuously improve the OPEX projects selection/prioritization through completion processes. * Ensure current CPC policies and practices are followed, resulting in robust documentation creation and archival. * Effectively facilitate project teams, ensuring good cross-functional communication. * Provide input to functional managers on team member performance. * Generate high-level plans, communications, and schedules on larger projects requiring prioritization and workload adjustments. * Establish and maintain a visual project management tool to provide status updates. * Assess business risks and prioritize tasks among multiple projects. Coordinate tasks through bottle neck areas, such as Test Lab or external suppliers. * Work with project teams to develop project budgets, resource allocations and timelines. * Communicate with personnel in various CPC locations and all management levels. * Liaison between the teams and CPC leadership; leads phase and business reviews, project meeting minutes, issues log, metrics, and other key communications. * Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in project management, manufacturing engineering, or related field. * 4+ years of relevant work experience with track record of leading successful projects from conception to implementation to integration. * Prior experience utilizing project management tools to manage project, budget and deadlines (e.g. MS Project, Planisware Orchestra, Risk Register, Resource & Budget Planning and Control, visual management, etc.) * Experience working in an ISO 9001 clean-room environment and with quality systems. * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and influencing skills, including presentation to internal executive team and customers. * Ability to analyze data and apply relevant statistical tools. * Strong organization and facilitation skill. * Cross-functional leadership skills, coupled with the ability to drive results and influence others * Able to adapt to constantly changing work assignments and fast paced work environment. * Experience with applying lean manufacturing principles and efficiency methods. * Ability to create documents, spreadsheets, and power point presentations. * Proficient in Excel, ord, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Creo, Oracle, SharePoint.
