Boston Scientific Principal Business Consultant in Arden Hills, Minnesota

About the role: As the Principal Business Consultant, you will support the Cardiology Group, applying continuous improvement methodology to sales and commercial projects to achieve Cardiology strategic goals. In this role, you will work with the Cardiology sales and field clinical teams to drive specific sales productivity projects and programs, while also identifying and supporting productivity opportunities across the broader Cardiology functions. Your responsibilities include: Collaborate with leaders and their organization to inspire a continuous improvement culture by deploying process improvement roadmaps, methods, and tools; provide consultation, set goals, and drive strategy Leverage continuous improvement methodologies to target key improvements and provide instant offense when necessary to drive strategic business priorities Drive the execution of plans in partnership with the sales organization. Activities may include voice of customer, data analysis, process mapping, financial analysis, change management and program management Influence key stakeholders to engage and participate in improvement activities essential to streamlining their processes Develop business cases and create future state plans for process improvement opportunities Influence leaders and teams to deliver on plans, support problem solving and resolution to roadblocks Drive the adoption of improvement ideas & activities across the organization What we're looking for in you: Proven results applying process improvement in the field and/or sales settings Adept to think outside the box and comfort with dealing with ambiguity Strong analytical acumen with the ability to make a significant contribution to performance and revenue growth Self-starter and entrepreneurial/consultant mindset Ability to build enthusiasm for change Demonstrated program management and change management skills Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills Required Qualifications 5+ years of Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement related experience BS/BA Degree in Engineering/Business or related field and/or equivalent experience Ability to travel 10% of the time,both domestic and international Requisition ID:583544 As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most - united by a deep caring for human life.
