TEKsystems is looking to hire entry level medical schedulers for a healthcare company in Arden Hills!

Location:

• Arden Hills, MN (100% on-site)

Hours:

• M-F, 7:30-4pm or 8am-4:30pm

Description:

• Promptly answer phone calls (100/day) from patients and referents seeking behavioral health services

• Schedule and educate patients on behavioral health services for Minnesota clinics

• Process internal and external referrals

• Communicate scheduling outcomes with referral sources

• Verify and update patient demographic information

• Address patient complaints and concerns and escalate to management when appropriate

• Attend or review notes/recording for mandatory meetings and trainings

• Complete other duties as assigned by the Call Center Management Team

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

1. Strong ability to multi-task, handle stress, deescalate, and problem solve

2. Excellent critical thinking skills

3. Positive attitude and ability to be flexible in a team environment

4. Must be proficient in use of computers
