About the role: Boston Scientific is seeking a detail-oriented HR Technology Analyst III to drive strategic technical initiatives for HR functions, focusing on organizational design. As a member of the HR Technology team within the HR Operations organization, you will collaborate with internal HR and IT teams, external vendors, and business partners to support SAP SuccessFactors, OrgVue, and other HR solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage SuccessFactors modules in an analyst capacity, supporting HR technology projects, including mergers and acquisitions; focus on module configuration, system validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) sign-off. Resolve issues related to system use or processes by collaborating with users, owners, and project teams to develop effective solutions. Partner with global HR COEs, HR Operations, and HR IT teams to document requirements, identify technology opportunities, and support the development of technology roadmaps. Model and implement organizational design changes, such as restructuring, workforce optimization, and role design, in collaboration with HR and business leaders. Use HR technology tools to map and visualize current and future organizational structures. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. Work with internal and external development teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs and implementation timelines. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Boston Scientific's OrgVue implementation, effectively communicating with SuccessFactors product and support teams to resolve defects, request enhancements, and improve delivery excellence. Identify opportunities for process improvement and establish streamlined workflows. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree. 4+ years of business analysis experience in IT systems. Technical experience in HR system implementation or module maintenance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access. Experience translating business needs into technical processes and solutions, including writing and executing test scripts. Ability to work across multiple HR and IT systems. Proven experience collaborating with vendors and business partners on concurrent projects. Adaptability to changing priorities and initiatives, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Understanding of SOX and management controls, preferably in an FDA-regulated environment. Preferred Qualifications: HRIS systems experience. SQL knowledge. Experience in FDA-regulated industries.
