Job Title: Utility DesignerJob Description

• Design and draft utility layouts and specifications for gas and electric distribution. - Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather relevant data. - Collaborate with project teams to maintain compliance with utility standards and regulations. - Utilize design software to create detailed project drawings. - Use GPS survey equipment to gather and analyze site data for utility design projects. - Assist in the coordination and implementation of utility construction projects.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 30 Week(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Appleton, Wisconsin and some days remote.

Work Environment

This role will be hybrid if local to Appleton. This role can be remote for anyone living in one of their major geographic bid areas (Wausau, Rhinelander, Wausaukee, Green Bay). Candidate will conduct site visits, typically 1 or 2 in the beginning of a project and 1 or 2 times at the end of a project, usually 3-4 times over the course of a month. No company vehicle but mileage provided.
