Our client in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst (Sr. Tech BSA) to join their team on a long-term contract. This role requires a strong leader who can facilitate cross-functional discussions, drive alignment, and ensure the successful execution of business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, test strategy development, and business-technology collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate discussions, bringing together stakeholders to align on requirements and solutions.

• Develop and execute test strategies, including defining test data needs, execution plans, and testing approaches.

• Analyze data sources, document source-to-target mappings, and define business rules to support architectural and engineering decisions.

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to validate business rules, refine requirements, and ensure seamless communication across all stakeholders.

• Integrate business requirements into the overall testing strategy and execution approach.

  Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst in complex enterprise environments.

• Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.

• Expertise in test strategy development, execution, and validation.

• Hands-on experience with data analysis, source-to-target documentation, and business rule definitions.

• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in data-driven projects, system integrations, or enterprise software implementations.

• Knowledge of testing frameworks, automation tools, or data validation techniques.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
