AZCO Quality Intern - AZCO (Appleton) in Appleton, Wisconsin

Description

An Intern will work collaboratively with our teams to support an AZCO Department or project. This position will provide support and assistance with requests in support of the business strategy.

  • Assist department or project team with execution of project(s) under the direction of supervisor or project supervision.

  • Assist with tasks that may include filing, scanning, data entry, documentation, presentations, and other administrative functions.

  • Assist in field inspections, walkdowns, punch list creation, as-built documentation and associated inspection reporting.

  • Providing technical assistance to the project team as necessary for quality specific software.

  • Assist with responses to general questions and research or follow up on strategic questions.

  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts by collecting and analyzing data.

  • Research solutions to project concerns; analyze and recommend solutions to problems.

  • Assist with any additional ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor or project supervision.

  • Minimum of a 3.0 GPA strongly preferred.

  • Involvement on campus or in the community preferred.

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled, and in good standing, in a post-secondary education and/or technical certificate program in a field related to the work done in the department Required

  • Prior internship and/or related consulting experience Preferred

  • Actively involved in campus, community or other volunteer activities or organizations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills.

  • Self-motivated and eager learner, aptitude to grow and develop within the field.
