JOB REQUIREMENTS: Project Managers are primarily responsible for the successful organization and completion of our construction projects. The ideal candidate must be detail orientated with the ability to multitask as they are expected to manage multiple projects at once and are expected to read and interpret blueprints to ensure that all aspects of each development are coordinated to meet their individual specifications and deadlines. Additional responsibilities include supervising, coordinating, and scheduling project resources such as equipment, materials, and crew members. Project Managers must have exceptional leadership and communication skills as they will need to provide crew members with project details, on-site assistance, and training. Safety is a top priority at MCC, Inc. Project Managers are expected to work safely on all job sites, around all types of moving equipment and traffic, and in various weather conditions. Additionally, all employees are expected to maintain compliance with all workplace rules and regulations according to company policy, and all governing agencies.
