Description Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI is currently seeking a Program Supervisor for our \'Make The Ride Happen\' team in Appleton, WI! \'Make The Ride Happen\' assists older adults and individuals with disabilities so they can remain active and involved in their community. Since 2004, we have coordinated with other local transportation services to find rides for members in our community to help them meet their transportation needs. Our vision is to create one central location with comprehensive information, where older adults or individuals with disabilities can find a ride for their needs within a reasonable time. As the Program Supervisor you would oversee the financial operations of the program, provide ongoing support and training to existing and new staff, analyze and improve the quality of services we offer, network within the community to expand awareness of our services, and build relationships with community partners.
