Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Paint Department Racker to join their team. As a Paint Department Racker, you will be part of the assembly team supporting production goals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good manual dexterity, and a highly motivated attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Paint Department Racker

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $17 per hour

Hours: 2nd shift-10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday and overtime

What's the Job?

• Assemble products by racking metal pieces in the paint department following a specific sequence.

• Balance the workload between target inventory and other production demands.

• Check daily target inventory levels and manage job orders effectively.

• Prioritize workload to meet daily and weekly production goals.

• Order materials as required to maintain production flow.

What's Needed?

• 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience.

• Any paint department experience, a plus

• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

• Basic computer skills and good communication skills.
