Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our 2nd shift maintenance team within the paint facility. This position primarily involves mechanical work on paint equipment, including pumps, motors, and smaller detailed items. While robots are present in the area, they are managed by other maintenance personnel; however, there may be opportunities to learn and any electrical experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical work on paint equipment, including pumps and motors.

  • Conduct repairs and troubleshooting of mechanical components.

  • Work independently to ensure equipment is functioning correctly.

  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to address and resolve issues.

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

  • Strong mechanical skills with pumps and motors.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Electrical experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with airport products.

  • Ability to learn and adapt to working with robots.

Work Environment

The role is based in the ASY building off of 41, specifically within the paint building. You will work alongside one other person on the 2nd shift maintenance team. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 2pm-10pm, with every 3rd weekend requiring 4-5 hours on Saturday. There is a $2/hour shift premium for 2nd shift, and voluntary overtime is regularly available.

This is a Contract position based out of Appleton, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00
