The General Manager directs and coordinates all production, technical, distribution, sales, and administrative activities of the Plant, while promoting the effective use of all personnel to achieve the best possible sales, quality and profits for the benefit of the Company.In this position, you will be the ambassador ofour Corporate Vision and Guiding Principles to achieve the highest level of customer and employee satisfaction.This role aids in developing and achieving long-range goals and objectives and communicates company policy, guidelines, procedures and visionary direction to all subordinates.
