OUR SAVIOUR'S LUTHERAN CHURCH Facilities Coordinator in APPLETON, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Status / Hours / Pay: Part-Time, average 10 hours per week, \$16.00 per hour Minimum Requirements of Employment: Education: No minimum education level requested Membership at OSLC: Not required Licenses / Certifications: None Vehicle/Driver\'s License: Not required Primary Responsibilities: Provides coordination for all facilities maintenance, to include communications with outside vendors, staff, and church council. Provides direction to the custodian/maintenance technician and acts as emergency contact for facility issues. Primary Duties: Oversee all aspects of facilities maintenance to include services and contracts with vendors. Provide direction and supervision of volunteers for property activities. Assist Church Council with planning and budgeting property maintenance, and upcoming needs. Contact outside vendors for needs repairs/updates to facilities and property. Negotiate one-time and ongoing contracts with vendors. Create, revise, and maintain documentation for maintenance of church property and equipment Program door locks and HVAC systems to align with building usage. Monitor and maintain church key controls. Conduct an annual key audit. Qualifications: Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills. Strong maintenance skills and knowledge, and the ability to learn new systems. Cooperative team player with a positive attitude. Ability to prioritize work and exercise discretion and independent judgment.
