Welcome to the Americas team

Based in Mexico or US and ideally close to one of our Grundfos offices you will join our Talent Acquisition Organization at the very core of Grundfos and our Americas team. You will assist our managers and Talent team in attracting future colleagues to Grundfos.

Be the Sherlock Holmes of Talent Attraction

In this role, you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the Americas, then take action on sourcing, screening and presenting suitable candidates.

Especially on the more complex recruitments, your work will be vital, as you will be the one to dig deep into market and candidate research and provide important insights.

Any recruitment will typically start with a meeting between you, the recruiter and hiring manager to cover needs and expectations, and after this, your process starts as you:

  • Creatively source and attract passive candidates through a variety of tools, such as Success Factors, LinkedIn, CV databases and job boards

  • Build a pipeline of candidates in the system, Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information by full utilization of the Applicant Tracking System (SAP SuccessFactors and any additional tools)

  • Screen candidates against required skills and company-identified competencies via a range of methods, i.e. application questions, phone interviews and video

  • Provide a final shortlist of candidates to recruiters and hiring managers and schedule interviews accordingly

  • Proactively understand business needs and future requirements building and maintaining talent pipelines.

HR/recruitment skills and an interest in research

You’re detail-oriented and enjoy the diligent research that goes into matching a candidate to a role. Also, you’re able to structure your time to meet deadlines while still ensuring a great experience for both the candidate and hiring manager, we also imagine that you have:

  • A degree within e.g. business or HR and/ or a few years of experience with sourcing within a large corporate environment or from an agency

  • Great English communication skills, verbal and written, allowing you to reach out to your stakeholders comfortably. IMPORTANT: ONLY RESUMES SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH WILL BE CONSIDERED

  • A creative approach to identifying and engageing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks etc

  • The ability to handle confidential and personal information with the utmost integrity.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience creating and drafting sourcing strategies, mapping markets, and gleaning industry insights

  • Knowledge of social media and social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google+, job boards, and professional organizations

  • Strong analytical, and research skills and ability to leverage tools and technology to analyze data
