Reporting to the Head of Sales, the role of the Sales Executive is to identify, source, and develop new business opportunities by selling multi-channel contact center outsourcing services that align to NTT’s strategic objectives, goals, and standards. In this role, you will be accountable for delivering a pre-determined $5MM-$10MM in annual sales quota, which will vary based on experience and assigned vertical.

*This role does require experience selling large enterprise, BPO, CX, and/or contact center deals.

How to Find Success as a Sales Executive at NTT:

  • Identify and self-generate prospects; build and manage your own pipeline.

  • High motivation, be able to engage in sales conversations, build, and manage their own pipeline and reach out to prospective clients.

  • Present and promote NTT’s services and be able to develop cost benefit and needs analysis.

  • Bring potential clients on day one.

  • Use various sales approaches and methods while remaining up to date on current trends.

  • Challenge current thinking and drive stakeholder consensus

  • Your success is managed by your performance – must be comfortable setting goals and hitting targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales pursuits from the point of discovery to needs assessment, development of the solution, value proposition, proposals, and presentations, and have the experience to sell the solution internally while working with the prospect to move the opportunity through the pipeline and close it.

  • Develop target account lists, account plans, and sales strategies to maximize win rate / return on company investment.

  • Determine the viability of client programs based on client expectations and resources available to NTT to ensure expectations can be met and client programs are profitable.

  • Manage the business development communication process to ensure all affected departments are aware of client programs that will require resources.

  • Provide input to the wider sales organization, related to competitive intelligence, competitive analysis, market trends, and business environment – for strategic planning purposes.

  • Provide effective leadership and direction to all other functional departments to ensure outputs are of consistently high quality, are customized to specific client business needs, and support the overall sales process.

  • Maintain up to date sales reporting on all opportunities, including accurate revenue projections and timing related to all pursuits identified in pipeline reporting.

  • Positively promote our brand, culture, and values at all times – through both words and actions – both internally and when facing clients. Be seen as a leader within the internal organization.

Attributes of a Sales Director at NTT:

  • 5-10 years in a Sales role with medium to large enterprise, BPO, CX, and/or contact centre industry experience required.

  • You bring your passion and desire for sales excellence every day and with every interaction,

  • Must have strong experience and relationships in any vertical: Telecom, Retail, Technology, Financial Services, Insurance, Health Care, etc.

  • Entrepreneurial, highly self-motivated, and driven to achieve a comprehensive set of performance metrics and quantitative measures.

  • Strategist, thought leader and trusted business partner to the Account/Client

  • Maintains an executive presence with a strong ability to interact with senior/C-level leaders.

  • Excellent ability to build new business relationships as well as generate new revenue within existing clients.

  • Proven success in creating revenue and managing accounts.

  • Demonstrate strong business ethics, morals, and character as key tenants of your working relationships with your prospects.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging a strong business acumen. Must be adept at leading, influencing, developing credibility, and trust, through a collaborative and consultative approach.

  • Able to work outside of standard business hours, as required from time to time to meet client deadlines.

  • Ability to travel occasionally.
