We are looking for a Handyman waste Toer parttime for a life science environment located at Geel

Reports to:

FM & Soft Service Lead

Location Sanofi Geel

Responsibility level:

Waste Toer of Handyman services

Principal duties:

  • To work as part of the Waste team. The role centers on the completion of work sheets for the day and involves the collection and processing of recyclables.

  • The Operative work to ensure the prompt and efficient collection of paper plastic and cardboard & pallets from identified collection points around site.

  • Other duties such as the completion of reactive Concept tasks will be expected daily.

  • Extraction pot cleaning

  • Baling of carboard and plastic

  • Housekeeping of waste collection throughout the site

  • Any other duties as directed

  • Meeting room preparation / maintenance / small relocations / event preparations

  • Execute small office moves together with Handyman

  • Small relocations

  • Coaching contractors to stimulate safe wor if needed

  • Corporate with other maintenance, technical and Handyman workers

  • Assist departments on their request to clean up.

  • All above, not limited to

Skills/Qualifications / Attributes:

  • Parttime 30 hr weekly (day hours)

  • Dutch is mother tongue, knowledge of English.

  • Evaluated in context of the standard size. Often delivers own output following broad framework or standards with some impact on job area.

  • Precise working and structured approach

  • Communicates well in a friendly and effective manner with customers and colleagues.

  • Well organized and able to set priorities.

  • Good safety awareness

  • Adaptability to changing priorities and time constraints.

  • Experience of working in a customer service orientated environment

  • Experience of working in a life science environment is a + Team player, flexible, takes initiative.

  • VCA certificate

  • Forklift certificate / license

  • Teamplayer
