Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Representative, Customer Service. This role primarily involves providing top-tier customer service relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications. The successful candidate will be tasked with maintaining positive customer relations, resolving customer claims and complaints in accordance with consumer laws, and developing initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints effectively and fairly in accordance with consumer laws

• Processing sales and sales promotions, and facilitating effective communication with customers

• Developing and implementing organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers

• Regularly monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions when required

• Ensuring the maintenance of accurate customer credit records

• Administering customer claims and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner

• Assisting in the planning and execution of improvement plans in response to customer surveys

• Utilizing effective decision-making skills when handling customer-related issues

• Adhering to defined procedures and tasks, and following work routines in own discipline

• Continuously updating knowledge through experience, specialized education or training.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Customer Service, with a proven ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively

• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and concise interaction with customers

• Sales experience, with a focus on achieving and exceeding set targets

• Ability to conduct Training sessions aimed at improving customer service skills within the team

• Familiarity with Procedures relevant to the role and the ability to adhere to them consistently

• Experience in Planning Processes, specifically related to customer service strategies

• Proficiency in Claim Administration, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction

• Ability to handle Complaints in a detail oriented and empathetic manner

• Knowledge of Law Regulation relevant to customer service and the ability to comply with these regulations

• Proven Decision-Making skills, with the ability to make sound judgments in high-pressure situations

• Experience with Sales Promotions, with a focus on promoting products or services to customers

• Familiarity with NIS (National Insurance Scheme) procedures and regulations

• Experience conducting Customer Surveys and the ability to analyze and implement findings to improve customer service.
