This LCSW position is responsible for responding to requests for consultative behavioral health assessments by phone and telehealth including the initial response, psychiatric triage assessment, designation of appropriate level of care/disposition, and initiation of placement/referral services. The position works collaboratively to improve the flow of behavioral health patients from ER and inpatient settings into appropriate programs, leveraging intake processes and telemedicine modalities to expedite the access to definitive behavioral health care.

Requirements you need

Licensed in the state of Tennessee without restrictions (LCSW, LPC/MHSP, LMSW )with the ability to obtain licensure in additional states as required. Nurse Practitioners must have a Master’s Degree in Nursing or a Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
