JOB OPENING
Title: FAP Support Specialist
Location: Ansbach, Germany
Start Date: Immediately
Job-Type: Part-Time On-Call (PTOC) = Substitute and replace personnel for planned and unplanned absences at the administrative office. Personnel should be available on short notice.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Planning, programming, managing, and executing all functions necessary to provide Family Advocacy Program Services.
Administrative actions (material requisitioning, Quality Control, financial control, meetings, and correspondence.)
Prepare reports, schedule training, maintain database.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree from the USA or the European Union
Fluency in English (reading, writing)
Knowledge of MS Office, Email, Internet -Customer Service experience
