Painter

Job Description

• Perform various painting operations including hanging, unloading, pre-staging, and masking to meet established standards.

• This role involves a process that is easily repeatable with minimal troubleshooting and adjustments required to complete assigned tasks.

• Adhere to pre-established guidelines, procedures, plans, and priorities set by the supervisor.

• Understand and seek continuous improvement opportunities in paint processes.

• Maintain paint equipment in good operating condition.

• Train in the paint booth to learn powder coat painting techniques.

Work Environment

• The work environment is a manufacturing facility which is not air conditioned, and can get hot during the summer.

• However, the facility boasts very nice lighting with skylights and high ceilings, creating a spacious and team-oriented atmosphere.

• Paint suits are air conditioned, providing comfort during hot days
