Job Details: Learn, teach, and collaborate across all functions to support team and company goals. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer requirements. Adhere to safety protocols, report any concerns promptly, and maintain a clean and safe workspace. Notify team leaders of equipment issues or operational challenges. Set up production materials and tooling per SOP/MOPs, ensuring adherence to print specifications. Operate machinery following production guidelines, moving materials as needed, and maintaining equipment. Meet performance targets to uphold production schedules and ensure quality standards. Perform computer-based transactions to maintain accurate records and inventory. Rotate through tasks such as grinding, press brake operation, welding, and spot welding. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high school diploma or GED, with at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing fabrication. They must have a strong understanding of manufacturing practices and various metal fabrication techniques. Proficiency in operating welding equipment, resistance spot welders, Tig spot guns, Stud welding equipment, Press brake, NC controller, and material handling tools is essential. Additionally, familiarity with safety equipment including safety glasses, hearing protection, and protective clothing is required to ensure compliance with safety protocols. 1st and 2nd Shift Available Pay: $19.00 - $21.25 per hour (Depending on experience.)
