CNC Manufacturing Manager

A reputable and well established local company is searching for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to provide leadership over their CNC Machine Shop.

Job Description

This is an upper management level position that will be overseeing an established machine shop, including direct management of supervisor level employees.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and development to supervisory staff and machining team members

• Continuous improvement activities

• Managing daily operations, including hitting production goals as well as labor and resource management

Essential Skills

• A minimum of 5+ years on the job experience in a management level position in a manufacturing setting

• Proven track record of people leadership, operational management and process improvement

• Preference for experience from a precision CNC Machine Shop

• Preference for someone with formal education in the form of a Machine Tool degree and/or a Business or Management degree or similar

• Strong communication abilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00
