Are you ready to make a positive impact every day as an Assembly Operator with Pro Staff? We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our team, where you'll earn between $18.00 and $20.25 per hour. Shift options include 1st and 2nd shifts. As an Assembly Operator, you'll perform various mechanical assembly duties, including product placement, wiring, fastening, final assembly, and packaging. You'll work both independently and as part of a team to assemble products or components for air conditioners. Duties include following production documentation, positioning materials, maintaining dimensions per specifications, and ensuring products meet quality standards. You may also conduct testing using specialized equipment and perform transactions to maintain accurate records and inventory balances. Flexibility to perform rotational assignments and participate in continuous improvement activities is essential. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred Prior experience in a light industrial facility Experience assembling mechanical parts into finished products Demonstrated mechanical aptitude Proficiency with hand and power tools Ability to follow work instructions and read blueprints Understanding of manufacturing processes Effective English communication skills (reading, writing, verbal) Ability to stand for extended periods and operate a computer Adherence to safety guidelines and PPE requirements (safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection, gloves) Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Familiarity with material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack) and various hand and power tools Adaptability in rapidly changing business environments Join a team that values your dedication and offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, employee discounts, and more.
