Bates Engineers/Contractors, Inc, is a Federal Contractor looking to hire Form Carpenters and Concrete Finishers for a temporary full-time position
for a project at the Anniston Army Depot
.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly and installation on construction projects; including but not limited to concrete form work, placement of concrete, and the finishing of concrete.
- Load/unload material onto or from trucks and pallets
- Display a prominent level of teamwork, integrity, commitment, and leadership in daily operations.
- Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
- Following instructions and completing tasks from supervisors
Typical workdays will be Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
Requirements:
- Previous construction experience (minimum 6 months)
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to kneel, bend and lift heavy materials
- Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions
- Ability to measure accurately and read plans
- Ability to conduct strenuous and physically demanding tasks
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and a Federal background check.
Base Pay Rate: $20-25/hour experience and skill dependent
