Job Title: Construction Observer - Shabonna Creek

Job Description

We are seeking motivated candidates for a Construction Observer to provide field service support for our growing portfolio of PV infrastructure projects. The selected candidate will cover a region of operation and handle multiple project sites, assisting Construction Superintendents. The ability to travel from site to site within the operational area is required. Additionally, the Construction Observer may be called upon to assist in site walks and quality inspections as directed by the Construction Superintendent or the Director of Construction.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety and regulatory policies and procedures

• Measure productivity standards for contractors and subcontractors

• Assist Construction Superintendents in developing a 3-week look-ahead schedule and work with the project team to ensure the schedule is met

• Record deliveries and verify quantity counts

• Review plans and specifications

• Complete administrative tasks assigned by the project team

• Conduct on-site inspections, including civil, safety, mechanical, and electrical inspections

• Assist with on-site repairs to project sites

• Ensure site cleanliness

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
