Test Script Writer
Test Script Writer will focus on designing and developing comprehensive test scripts to validate the accuracy. Writer is responsible for creating test scripts to ensure a high-quality product and save time during the testing process ensuring all data points are audit ready.
A test script writer is responsible for creating test scripts to ensure a high-quality product and save time during the testing process. Test script writers should be able to:
Be creative: Be able to think of all the different paths a user might take
Be experienced: Have experience with user paths and know where bugs are likely to hide
Be clear: Write clear and concise test steps
Be consistent: Use a consistent and standard format
Be independent: Ensure each test case is independent and doesn't rely on the results of previous tests
Be reusable: Create reusable code that can be used across multiple testing scenarios
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Collaborate with QA leads to identify key data points and testing priorities.
Design and write test scripts that address specific compliance and data quality requirements.
Ensure test scripts are reusable, scalable, and aligned with project objectives.
Work closely with the testing team to guide the execution of test scripts and resolve challenges.
Analyze testing outcomes to identify trends and refine testing processes.
Stay updated on industry best practices for data validation and testing automation.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
5 years’ experience in test script creation for data validation projects.
Proficiency in scripting languages and testing frameworks.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
Bachelors Degree.
Secret Clearance.
