Belay Technologies is seeking a System Administrator to join our intel team. This position is an on-call support coverage position. The OPS teams are responsible for 6 am to 6 pm standard business day coverage and 24x7 call in after-hours support. For the 6 to 6 coverage, each team coordinates their schedules to make sure the team collectively covers the 6 to 6 hours. For after-hours support, our OPS teams do 1 week on call rotations. For most teams each OPS member is on call every 4 to 5 weeks. New team members are not added to the on-call rotation until they are trained (3 to 6 months). For the first couple rotations, teams make sure someone is available to back them up if needed.
AMF, ETR, and ITS Teams: Candidate has to have basic to strong Linux skills depending on years of experience and LCAT level they are submitted for. Responsibilities include command line system administration as well as application and data/messaging flow administration.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
Five (5) years’ experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Information Technology: One (1) year experience in Linux, Unix, Windows or Cisco OS operating system
Two (2) years' experience administering Linux, Unix or Windows Operating System
One (1) year experience installing software packages such as iso and RedHat package Managers (rpm)
TS/SCI with poly is required.
Candidates are required to have the following skills:
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
Provide Tier I (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems
Provide Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier II (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers
Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning
Candidates are desired to have the following skills:

ITS Infrastructure Team: Member of a cross-functional team providing Windows systems administration/engineering expertise and guidance for a critical enterprise-wide messaging system used in the Information Transport Service (ITS) program. Responsible for platform hosting and performance providing subject matter expertise on Windows servers for hardware and virtual machine instantiations. Experience installing and maintaining MS Windows Server (2012/2016), Active Directory, scripting (batch, VBScript, PowerShell, etc), MS Windows services (DNS, DHCP, etc.), Windows firewalls, Group Policy and Local Policy configurations, patching servers and applying DISA STIGS, basic Linux experience is a bonus

Salary Range: $114,000 to $164,000
