Jovian Concepts, Inc is looking to hire a SIGINTSubject Matter Expert Level 3 for a great opportunity in the Annapolis Junction area. TS/SCI Clearance with a Poly required. No CCA's will be accepted at this time.

• Provides SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses.

• Provides analysis of module/model output from signals of interest to allow creation of follow-on processing.

• Designs and implements software modules in MATLAB or other similar design suite to process signals of interest.

• Develops novel approaches for utilizing COTS and GOTS systems for creating processing solutions outside the intended use.

  Requirements

• A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a Polygraph. No CCA's will be accepted at this time.

• Ten (10) years experience with SIGINT Development analytic support. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a degree an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted.

• Demonstrated experience coding in C/C++ and Python

• Experience with SDRs (REDHAWK/RFNext, GNU, etc),

• RF signals analysis and SIGnals DEVelopment (SIGDEV)

• Experience with message queue implementation/communication

• Experience with Development Suites (X-Midas, etc.) or C++/Python-based signal processing tools and libraries

• Able to design, develop and implement systems within a Unix/Linux environment.

• Digital Signal Processing (DSP) background with strong understanding of satellite communications system design and theory with implementation of concepts into software

• Time and / or Frequency geolocation technologies and implementation

• Experience with MATLAB

• Experience with GPU/CUDA development
