We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Administrator to join our team. The role involves resolving technical requests submitted through self-service tickets, ensuring support for both internal and external customers.
Working with the Remote Operations group on the Accounts Management team. Onsite, Shift work Monday – Friday from 11am to 7pm or 12pm to 8pm EST. No Hybrid work available.
Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Create, delete, and modify customer accounts as needed, ensuring all records are maintained and updated accurately within tracking databases.
Issue Identification and Reporting:
- Identify and report recurring issues or patterns, providing insights to management for continuous process improvements and proactive solutions.
Team Collaboration and Adaptability:
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Communication and Customer Service:
- Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills, ensuring effective support and fostering positive relationships with customers through clear and helpful interactions.
Required Skills:
HS/GED and 10+ years of experience within Computer Science or other IT related fields.
Bachelors in Computer Science or other IT related fields and 5+ years of experience
Microsoft Office Suite, Systems Administration
Customer Service / Support and Helpdesk Support
Experience with Linux and UNIX or certifications in either.
SupportIT Software system
Clearance: TS/SCI with FS
Required Certifications: DoD 8570 IA Type: IAT Level 1
DoD 8570 CE Certification Requirements: : CompTIA A+ CE, CompTIA Network+ CE

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,700 - $165,300
