Bard Collegeseeks a CRM Support Specialist. This position is responsible for supporting theAdmission Office (https://www.bard.edu/admission/) in their expanding use of Slate Technolutions.

This is a full-time, in-person position in Annandale-on-Hudson, New York, reporting to the Director of Admission.

Primary CRM Support Specialist Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the internal ticketing system for new tickets and assigning and/or answering tickets in a timely manner

  • Uploading data into the CRM

  • Monitoring and resolving duplicate records

  • Assisting with query, form, and event building

  • Assisting with staff training within the system

  • Assisting the Director of Communication in the implementation of a new CRM

  • Assisting with admission and financial aid decision releases

  • Assisting with annual cycle prep of applications

  • Data entry as needed

  • Other duties as assigned/requested

Qualifications

  • Associate degree and or/certificate equivalents in information technology, computer science, business, marketing, or similar field (Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred)

  • A general understanding of CRMs and Software as a System (SaaS) models

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with Google Workplace is preferred

Other Requirements

This is an entry level position and may require some work on nights and weekends

Compensation: $61,000-$66,000

This salary range reflects the College's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for the position at the time of the job posting. Salary decisions are dependent on several factors including but not limited to market and organizational considerations, experience, and qualifications of a selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
