Our client, in Ann Arbor, is seeking a Weekend Dispatcher to join their team. As a Weekend Dispatcher, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the service delivery team. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Weekend Dispatcher

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Pay Range: $17.50 - 18.00/hr. - WEEKLY PAY

What's the Job?

• Answer phone calls and dispatch technicians efficiently.

• Process paperwork from completed service calls.

• Contact customers post-service to conduct satisfaction surveys.

• Schedule and dispatch workers, crews, and service vehicles for various tasks.

• Utilize radio, telephone, or computer systems to transmit assignments and compile reports on work progress.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Familiarity with scheduling and dispatching processes.
