Personal Trainer We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. The personal trainer/coach (PT) should establish a 1-1 rapport with the member and help guide the member to improve their health and fitness through demonstrating and guiding the member though exercises tailored to their fitness goals. What we offer: * Robust compensation including hourly competitive commission rates for sessions rendered and or hourly rate for additional work * Free Continuing education through Anytime Fitness Academy on our AF dashboard * Future career opportunities within multiple Anytime Fitness locations Responsibilities: * Conduct fitness consultations to ensure the member’s goals are communicated and fitness level is assessed and sell training packages based on recommendations * Design workouts with option of utilizing Anytime Fitness Coaching dashboard and AF app, while motivating and leading clients through 1:1 training sessions per clients goals and abilities * Provide group training utilizing Anytime Fitness Coaching Dashboard for weekly workouts that includes several types of group training * Track report each member’s progress and set calendar appointments based on trainers schedule ( for payment tracking) utilizing Club OS software Qualifications: * Current CPR, AED and personal training certification(s) are required as is a current nationally recognized certification such as NASM, ACE or ISSA * Previous PT experience is preferred in either a fitness facility or private training environment * Sales experience * Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals * Desire to continually learn new principles in the areas of training, overall fitness, health and nutrition * Hands on training and experience in areas such as Nutrition, weight loss, HIIT, post-rehab, and injury prevention, are a plus * Previous experience with fitness club management software (Club O/S, Club Ready, apps like My Fitness Pal all a plus)
