Robert Half's trusted client is seeking a detailed-oriented controller consultant to join our team in the manufacturing industry in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This long-term hybrid engagement will report directly to the Director of Accounting.

The day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Use accounting software systems to process customer credit applications in an efficient manner

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) to ensure accurate accounting functions

• Conduct auditing tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Implement budget processes to ensure financial stability and growth

• Leverage your skills in accounting functions to resolve customer inquiries effectively.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

• Experience in using Accounting Software Systems.

• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting functions.

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP).

• Proven track record in managing Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Proficient in auditing procedures.

• Demonstrated experience in budget processes.
