Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Project Manager for a new client in the Ankeny, IA area. This person will report directly to the Director of Project Management and lead a team of junior Project Managers/Project Engineers. This person will also communicate regularly with the project architect, owner, and subcontractors during the project. Job responsibilities include preparing building budgets, estimates, taking bids for materials, purchasing and expediting supplies and materials, developing and updating schedules, processing and tracking change orders, coordinating staffing, making periodic job site visits to coordinate the activities of all work crews on assigned projects. You will also help grow and answer the day-to-day questions of the PM's and PE's under you.

Annual compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 based on experience.

Skills and Requirements

About ten years of Project Management experience.

Project Management experience in the Food Industrial, Commercial, or Manufacturing side of general construction

Experience managing the design aspect of project builds.

Estimator and scheduling experience.

Valid Drivers License

Mentorship/leadership experience

Career longevity Knowledge of OSHA regulations and sub-contractors scope of work. null
