Position: MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Developer

Location: Des Moines, IA - onsite (relocation assistance provided)

Salary: up to $135,000 base annual salary with bonus and benefits

Calling all tech wizards! Robert Half is currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F& O Senior Developer who is capable of managing the full project lifecycle, including design, development, integration, and maintenance of database-driven applications. The ideal candidate should be confident with programming, unit testing, documentation, and debugging both front and back-end software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop customized Dynamics 365 solutions

• Review, merge, and improve the code base on performance aspects and company best practices

• Lead, supervise, and review work of team members

• Troubleshoot, fix bugs, and identify software efficiency bottlenecks

• Handle multiple projects while adhering to company’s IST guidelines

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years proven MS Dynamics Finance and Operations Developer experience.

• Excellent technical design, analysis, implementation, and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence on key initiatives.

Requirements • Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Extensive experience in Microsoft technologies

• Understanding and experience in Business Process Functions

• Ability to prepare and understand Business Requirement Document

• Proficiency in Configuration Management

• Familiarity with MS 365 F& O Development

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
