This role will drive operational excellence, support sales strategies, and enhance customer satisfaction across the LCT. The LCT Commercial Operations Leader will ensure efficient commercial operations, lead process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient commercial operations within the LCT, focusing on process optimization and operational support.

  • Sales Support: Provide robust support to the sales team, including resource optimization, salesforce effectiveness, and performance monitoring.

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other teams to align commercial operations with business goals.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all commercial operations.

  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to the commercial operations team to ensure effective performance and development.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.

  • Proven experience in process improvement and operational efficiency.
