Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for Maintenance Technicians for our facility. This is a union shop where approximately 60% of the job will involve reactionary maintenance and 40% will be focused on preventative maintenance. Our maintenance department is highly organized with an effective system for managing preventative maintenance and work orders. Technicians will work on a variety of machines, including resistance welders, presses, molding machines, and robotic arms. The equipment ranges from older to newer models, ensuring a diverse and dynamic day-to-day experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform reactionary and preventative maintenance tasks.

  • Troubleshoot and repair machines such as resistance welders, presses, molding machines, and robotic arms.

  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

  • Conduct electrical troubleshooting and PLC troubleshooting.

  • Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Essential Skills

  • 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.

  • Ability to troubleshoot 480v electrical systems.

  • Proficiency in reading hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.

  • Experience in preventive maintenance.

  • Skills in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics and pneumatics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Fanuc and Yaskawa robots.

  • Trade school or maintenance certificates.

  • Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.

Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $54059.20 - $60881.60
