Primary Focus

The Project Support-VOIP Services will provide assist in supporting the ANGRC IT Help Desk Support Services by providing analysis and documentation of the short- and long-range plans and program goals, identification and interpretation of policy issues, projection of program impact. All duties and responsibilities performed in accordance with the Core Values of Cayuse.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a communication point in response to negative customer feedback.

  • Providing a direct dialog of situational awareness to government leaders when required.

  • Evaluate, process, or make recommendations for effective organizational changes.

  • Research and/or analyzes problems, issues, or program requirements.

  • Develop reports, presentations, or other work products.

  • Coordinates information and responses, as appropriate, to assure consistency and conformance with program policies and viewpoints.

  • Review and respond to correspondence or routes to proper staff member.

  • Responsible for the testing, analysis and documentation of current/forecasted VOIP and voice services support to ANGRC.

  • Responsible for procedures, including consulting with end users to identify functional specifications while providing continued VOIP and voice services support to the ANGRC.

  • Will design develop, and document processes focused on hardware and VOIP/voice systems support.

  • Will create/modify projects and programs specific to VOIP/voice service usage for multiple end users.

  • Shall manage day to day services for approximately 1300 VoIP phone voice mail boxes by:

  • Setting up individual and group mailboxes and maintaining their security (10-15 daily) monitoring capacity and licenses (weekly)

  • Shall manage trunk capacity local, long distance and lease network trunk lines by recommending and implementing changes (weekly), working with base planners and operators (daily)

  • Shall perform routine maintenance by monitoring voice system for abnormalities and potential problems (weekly), restoring phone capabilities for ANGRC personnel (40-50 per week), escalating unresolved end user and system failures to service providers (weekly), scheduling maintenance windows to purge faults and correct issues.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree.

  • Possess a minimum of five years of experience managing phone systems to include Analog, VoIP, VoSIP, and call managers

  • Experience in DoD DSN systems

  • Hold a 8570.01 IAT Level 2 certification Security ++ Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.

  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Working Conditions

  • Professional office environment

  • Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties for extended periods of time. Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.

  • Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.

  • Must be able to work varying work schedules and/or extended hours to meet business needs and project deadlines.

  • May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.

Pay Range

USD $70,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
