Our client, a leading organization in the production and warehouse industry, is seeking a Bilingual Weekend Supervisor-3rd Shift to join their team. As a Supervisor-3rd, you will be part of the Production/Warehouse department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization. N eed to be bilingual- Spanish and English.

Pay Rate: $24.00
What's the Job?
Supervise multiple TAPs and oversee other Production/Warehouse Leads.
Responsible for scheduling and timekeeping for the team.
Conduct general training for new and existing employees.
Communicate attendance and performance issues to the staffing agency.
Ensure smooth operations during scheduled shifts.
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; we welcome motivated individuals.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to relay information clearly.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
