Our client, a leading organization in the production and warehouse industry, is seeking a Bilingual Weekend Supervisor-3rd Shift to join their team. As a Supervisor-3rd, you will be part of the Production/Warehouse department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization. N eed to be bilingual- Spanish and English.

Job Title: Bilingual Weekend -Supervisor-3rd Shift

Location: Andover, MA

Pay Rate: $24.00

What's the Job?

• Supervise multiple TAPs and oversee other Production/Warehouse Leads.

• Responsible for scheduling and timekeeping for the team.

• Conduct general training for new and existing employees.

• Communicate attendance and performance issues to the staffing agency.

• Ensure smooth operations during scheduled shifts.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; we welcome motivated individuals.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills to relay information clearly.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
