Robert Half in Burlington is working with a respected client in Andover seeking a Staff Accountant w/ Payroll to join their team. The role we're recruiting for requires a candidate with general ledger experience, in addition to payroll processing. We're ideally recruiting for at least 2 years of each. The selected Staff Accountant will report into the Controller. The job on-site and a full-time role.

For the right experience our client is looking to offer a base salary around $75,000, and the benefits are very competitive.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a staff accountant role or similar position.

• Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Demonstrated experience with Bank Reconciliations.

• Strong knowledge of General Ledger management.

• Ability to process Journal Entries accurately and efficiently.

• Experience with Month End Close procedures.

• Familiarity with Payroll management for 101 - 500 Employees.

• Proficient in using ADP Workforce Now software.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Must demonstrate ethical behavior and business practices.
