MKS Instruments Inc Senior Business Systems Analyst, Order Management in Andover, Massachusetts
A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Order Management you will develop and implement Information Technology and management information systems within the Oracle eBusiness Suite of applications. You will partner with the business system analysts, business users and technical teams, to ensure full adoption, effective usage, and efficient deployment of our IT solutions. You will manage the change control process, gathering end-user requirements, involving in developing, testing, implementing, support and maintaining IT solutions in Oracle EBS environment.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Work with Sales business as a liaison and representative of IT department to provide and support IT solutions including eliciting ideas, analyzing processes and systems logic, providing guidance, and validating requirements for changes to applications.
Lead all Sales aspects of development of functional specification, implementation, maintenance and support of sales processes.
Provide technical leadership leveraging business process, Oracle configuration and optimal usage expertise for sales business functions.
Collaborate with sales and IT in the global design, functional development, and deployment and enhancement of organization's Oracle R12 eBusiness Suite of applications.
Work with various business groups in the organization to facilitate cross-functional implementation of new or improved business process requirements for all IT-related business, financial, and operations systems critical to core organizational functions.
Skills that You Bring:
Experience working in Oracle R12 eBusiness Suite Order management primarily. Experience/understanding in service, install base, and other modules will be a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems or other 4-year degree focusing on information technology or equivalent
7 years of experience in a business analyst or similiar type ro
Full knowledge of Systems Life Cycle development methodologies and technical experience in Oracle Applications development.
Be dissatisfied with status quo with a thirst to introduce change.

Salary Pay Range: $78,400.00 - 145,600.00 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
