Job Description:
This position plans the weight and balance of outbound aircraft to ensure flights are safely loaded and legal to fly. He/She performs general office duties including word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, preparation of reports using various software, compilation of information from various sources, facilitating small scale projects, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
General office duties, i.e. answering telephone, data entry, filing, etc.
Preparation of reports using Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel
Preparing and/or coordinating information for internal use and distribution

Qualifications:
HS Diploma, GED, or International equivalent
Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under supervision with a high attention to detail
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Accurate and rapid data entry skills
