Robert Half Property Administrator in Anaheim, California

Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in the property management industry at our Anaheim, California office. We're in search of a Property Administrator to join our small team and manage the administrative tasks associated with our portfolio of residential properties.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow.

• Schedule meetings and maintain an organized filing system for efficient record keeping.

• Answer incoming calls, providing excellent customer service to residents and potential residents.

• Coordinate maintenance work orders to ensure timely and efficient completion.

• Reconcile two accounts regularly to maintain accurate financial records.

• Utilize the AppFolio Property Management system to track resident details and reconcile accounts.

• Perform administrative assistance tasks as necessary to support the team and the office operations.

• Leverage CRM and Management System skills to streamline administrative processes.

• Carry out accounting and billing functions using Accounting Software Systems.

• Work closely with the team to manage our portfolio of single-family homes and condos.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential for managing financial transactions and records.

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to effectively handle client interactions and data.

• Experience with Management Systems to ensure smooth operations and coordination.

• Knowledge of Accounting Functions is required for accurate financial reporting and analysis.

• Ability to handle Billing Functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

• Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software is a plus.

• Prior experience working in a Property Management Company is preferred to understand industry-specific needs and challenges.

• Skilled in providing Administrative Assistance to support day-to-day operations and tasks.

• A background in Administrative Experience is crucial to effectively manage office functions and staff.
