Description We are in search of a Payroll / AP Administrator to join our team, based in Anaheim, California. The role involves managing payroll functions, supporting accounts payable, and handling some purchasing tasks. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and will require the incumbent to split their time between two locations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer payroll functions using accounting software systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian

• Support the accounts payable process and ensure timely and accurate payments

• Assist in purchasing and procurement activities

• Monitor and update employee records and handle inquiries related to payroll and accounts payable

• Use Crystal Reports for generating financial reports and auditing purposes

• Administer benefits such as 401k - RRSP and ensure compliance with regulations

• Maintain accurate records and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity

• Utilize accounting functions in 'About Time' software for efficient timekeeping and payroll processing

• Respond to internal and external queries related to payroll and accounts payable

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge in Ceridian

• Ability to use Crystal Reports

• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration

• Familiarity with About Time

• Capability to handle Accounting Functions

• Skills in Auditing

• Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions
