Job Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair on shop equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing CNC machinery, as well as maintaining various machine tool hydraulic and pneumatic systems. You will also manage hazardous waste and ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and diagnose CNC machinery repairs.
Provide and keep records of preventative maintenance on various CNCs.
Troubleshoot and repair machine tool hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including actuators, valves, pumps, and filters.
Install and relocate machinery according to layout plans.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Drive forklifts and company vehicles.
Perform hazardous waste management throughout the facility.
Ensure facilities health and safety.
Essential Skills
Experience as a maintenance technician.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing shop machines, including mechanical pumps, valves, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Electrical skills, including working with 240-480 volt wiring and schematics.
Experience with shop equipment.
Work Environment
You will work in a hands-on environment with advanced CNC machinery and various shop equipment. The role requires driving forklifts and company vehicles. The facility adheres to strict health and safety standards and involves managing hazardous waste. The dress code is casual but safety-focused, requiring appropriate personal protective equipment.
Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anaheim, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
