This internship is a full-time commitment located in the Anaheim, CA area from June 2025 – January 2026.
What You Will Do
Handle project assignments autonomously in order to identify, develop, and analyze improvement opportunities that will increase efficiency in the Entertainment line of business.
Perform data analysis using statistical techniques, conceptual thinking skills, and creative problem-solving skills
Examples of project duties:
Assist with project management by conducting data analysis and generating strategic recommendations
Collect data and identify metrics to quantify entertainment projects
Review data and reporting to identify and correct data errors
Use statistical techniques to assist with forecasting
Facilitate comparative analysis of metrics for global Disney Live Entertainment
Build relationships and interact with all levels of Cast Members
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven strong communication (written and verbal) through coursework, extra-curricular activities, or in a professional environment
Experience balancing multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast paced environment
Proven ability to learn new software, business technology applications, and analytical tools. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, pivot tables, statistical functions, and lookup formulas.
Proven creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven knowledge and/or experience with Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products
Internship or work experience in an analytical or process improvement role
Leadership position in an extra-curricular program
Education
- Currently earning a college/university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or related technical field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants : You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Fully available to work full-time (40 hours per week) from June 2025 – January 2026
Fully available Monday – Friday and occasional evenings and/or weekends depending on project needs
Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Anaheim, CA area
Able to provide reliable transportation to/from work
