The ideal candidate will have exceptional keyboard skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update orders and quotations in the ERP System.

• Conduct online research for project information and update the same in the database.

• Accurately match previous orders using job names and maintain a record of the same.

• Generate weekly reports for quotations and open sales orders and share them with the concerned team.

• Update and track Registered Jobs on a regular basis.

• Scan and manage documents in the server and shredder.

• Communicate effectively with the team through various platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Emails.

• Attend office training sessions and maintain personal notes for future reference.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Demonstrated 10 Key Skills

• Experience in Data Entry

• Skills in Email Correspondence

• Ability to organize files efficiently

• Proficiency in scanning documents

• Typing skills are essential
