Insight Global Compliance Representative in Anaheim, California
Job Description
Summary: The compliance Representative plays an important role in managing, organizing, and keeping the department running. They will be assisting with department needs, such as drafting correspondences or messages, managing administrative tasks, and prioritizing business needs. Responsibilities include:
Creating and processing service tickets for new/revised compliance requests
Serving as liaison between agents and carriers when processing allegation notifications and providing agent assistance
Conducting coaching and corrective action when necessary (Allegation outcome)
Following up with agents to ensure agent statements are submitted by requested due date from carriers
Ensuring carrier audits are being completed on a timely manner
Following up on carrier requests such as training and coaching requests with agents
Assist with compliance reviews when needed
Review emails and reply accordingly and timely
Compensation ranges from $16-$17/hr and exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Detail oriented, personable, dependable and excellent work ethic.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Previous Insurance Compliance background null
