Maintenance Manager ID 2024-4420 Category Management Type Regular Full-Time Job Description Position: Maintenance Manager Primary Location: Anacortes, WA Reports to: Plant Manager Compensation: $130-140,000.00 base salary + bonus, + benefits (salaried, exempt) Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Relocation assistance can be provided for this role, if required About This Role and You The maintenance manager is the leader of the maintenance department at our Anacortes sulphuric acid production facility. They are responsible for overall utilization of plant resources to achieve strategic maintenance and reliability objectives. This includes compliance with Chemtrade Responsible Care safety objectives including the maintenance and reliability program, preparation and tracking of maintenance budget, implementation of capital projects, and management of all maintenance activities including the annual turnaround. The maintenance manager manages in the 1 month to 1 year timeframe Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university or equivalent foreign accreditation 5 years minimum supervisory experience in a reliability or maintenance setting in any of the following industries: Chemical, Oil Refinery, Power, or Pulp and Paper Experience with preventative maintenance programs Proven experience as an industrial safety leader Competent user of all Microsoft Office programs and experience with SAP Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System Ability to "adjust on the fly" to changing priorities Ability to manage multiple priorities Medical Requirement Chemtrade is committed to the safety and health of its employees and the public.
